It is very unlikely that you will need to undergo a blood test when applying for health insurance. In most cases the insurance provider is able to make a complete assessment based on the information you have provided in your application form.
If a test is necessary, this will be arranged at the cost of the insurance provider you have selected, and in many cases a nurse will contact you directly to arrange an appointment at a time/place convenient to you.
